The academy is made up of five main areas of learning from industry professionals.

1. ARTIST DISCOVERY & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Crew members learn the process of discovering emerging artist bands and developing business and industry skills.

2. VIDEO PRODUCTION & DIGITAL MARKETING

Crew members create professional content that promotes No Notice Productions Music Australia Competitions (MAC) and emerging artist bands through digital media and marketing.

3. MERCHANDISE PRODUCTION & OPERATIONS

Crew members gain practical workplace experience producing merchandise and assisting in the MAC event preparations.

4. LIVE EVENT PRODUCTION

Crew members gain hands-on experience in live audio, stage setup and event production while supporting artists and live delivery at MAC events.

5. WORKPLACE, LEADERSHIP & EMPLOYMENT READINESS

Crew Members develop workplace, leadership and teamwork skills through practical experience that builds confidence, responsibility and pathways towards employment.
