No Notice Productions (NNP) identified a gap in the music and creative industries for accessible real-world training and hands-on industry experience.
NNP was established to address this need and advocate for change by demonstrating that inclusive workplaces strengthen creativity, innovation and business outcomes for everyone.
No Notice Productions is led by Founder and Managing Director Ben who brings more than 30 years of music industry experience. Additionally, over 20 years in community development, disability inclusion and organisational leadership. He has held senior roles with organisations including BaptistCare, Mission Australia, Hume Community Housing, Settlement Services International and The Ella Centre, leading teams, partnerships, projects, advocacy and community initiatives.
Ben is also an award-winning musician, producer and artist manager. As the former lead singer of New Zealand recording group Purest Form and manager of internationally recognised pop group Kids Of Leo, he has extensive experience in artist development, music production, live performance and industry engagement.
His combined experience in the community and music sectors drives No Notice Productions mission to develop emerging artists while creating meaningful employment pathways for people with additional needs through real-world creative industry experiences.

Stacey
With over a decade of experience in media, marketing, communications and the creative industries, Stacey has successfully promoted brands, artists, events and community initiatives through strategic marketing and public relations. Her marketing campaigns have attracted the attention of major international and Australian media outlets, including Disney, Nickelodeon and other television, radio, print and digital media organisations.
Stacey holds a Graduate Certificate in Communications, Public Relations and Leadership. Also, a Diploma in Communications and Social Media. Her experience includes managing bands, working with producers, building strategic partnerships, supporting community initiatives, bringing a unique combination of creative industry expertise, communications knowledge and real-world leadership.
She is currently working on a doco.

Merch / Screen Printing Charlie
Charlie has over a decade of experience in design and screen printing and is the Founder of the Reggae Rockers Collective. He has partnered with not-for-profit organisations, local councils and community events to deliver creative projects, combining his expertise in design, branding and print production to support businesses, artists and community initiatives.
Through Reggae Rockers, he leads a collection of multi-disciplinary artists within an ever-growing network of like-minded creatives dedicated to their craft, continually pushing boundaries, collaborating on innovative projects and reaching new heights.
